Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing & Production Time

    • We start processing after your order and payment are confirmed.

    • Standard processing/production time is 1–3 business days (business days exclude weekends and public holidays).

  2. Dispatch & Tracking Updates

    • Once your parcel is shipped, we will push synchronized order and tracking details (tracking number/link) so you can check the status in real time.

    • Delivery times vary by region; under normal circumstances it takes about 10–20 business days.

    • Customs inspections, holidays, peak seasons, remote areas, or force majeure may cause delays.

  4. Address & Delivery

    • Please ensure accurate and complete shipping information. Delays or extra costs due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts are the buyer’s responsibility.

    • International shipments may be subject to duties/import taxes per the destination’s regulations, payable by the recipient.
